Aaron Podgorski
Head Pastor
Pastor Aaron Podgorski is a lifelong resident of La Porte County who serves as our Senior Pastor. Together with his wife Rebekah, and their three children—Ephraim, Asher, and Dinah—Aaron is deeply invested in both our church family and the local community.
An avid fisherman and homesteader, Pastor Aaron brings the same patience and dedication to tending God's flock as he does to his personal pursuits. He finds particular inspiration in Isaiah 55 and is passionate about fostering a church culture that encourages authentic spiritual growth. In his own words, "The Bride church culture is a great atmosphere for spiritual growth. We challenge and encourage one another to be more like Christ."

Tim Flener
Associate Pastor
Pastor Tim Flener joins us as Associate Pastor, bringing wisdom and experience to our church family. He and his wife Linda reside in nearby Burns Harbor and are blessed with a large family including their grown children Bethany, John, Luke, Rebekah (Pastor Aaron's wife), Ruth, and eight beloved grandchildren.
When not serving the church, Pastor Tim enjoys reading and writing books, spending time outdoors, and taking road trips. His ministry is guided by his favorite scripture, Ephesians 2:8-9, which speaks to salvation through faith. Pastor Tim values The Bride Church for "the direction and it's a great place for relationships," embodying his commitment to building meaningful connections within our congregation.
